Some Update...
Some update from Brillyan...
My muscles are aching!! They hurt so much that I have difficulty to sit down, stand up, and even walk up or down the stairs. Not only me, my roommates and some of the class also got it :P:P All because of the exercise that we did yesterday to check our muscle endurance and muscle strength and something about the cardiovascular activities. We had to run 10 laps, did sit and reach thingy, weight lifting, stand squat, push up and curl up. Did you know that I cried yesterday in the gym. Soooo embarrassing... But I just couldnt stop from tearing up. It was when we were supposed to do step up in this very high block. I have a trauma in doing this as I had an accident when back in Surabaya when I had PE class. I was doing the step up activity and my leg hit the chair (where I was doing the step up) It was bleeding at first but then I found out that my broken was crooked because of that accident. So, whenever I am supposed to do a step up, I would be so scared. It was so bad yesterday that I was shivering. When my friends saw my pale face, they kept on asking what's wrong with me. As you know, the more they asked me questions, the more I am stressed out and in the end, I cried cause I couldnt take it anymore. hehehhe...it's so embarrassing right?? hihihihiiii...
Anyway, during the class, we were watching a movie called "Sicko". It was about the health care system in the United States. To cut it short, the health care system in US is sux! There were a lot of people who were either suffering or dead because they didnt have enough money to go for the medical recommendations that were given to them. Even for the heroes who worked very hard on September 11 incident in New York. Many of them suffered a lot of things because of the volunteer jobs they did but the government didnt care about them at all!! Michael Moore, the producer, compared US to Great Britain, France and even Cuba where the citizens there were able to get medical help for free! It was so cool in Britain that the cashier there was not for paying the hospital bills, but for the reimbursement for the patients' travel expenses. COOL!! In France, the government sent a nanny for those household whose both parents were working full time. It's all for free!! Shall we migrate to France?? kekekeke...
I found that the advertisements on TV in the United States were interesting. Some of them were stupid and some of them were interesting. Some of them had no connection with products that were being advertised. Many of the advertisements were about drugs and insurance. Then some of them dared to compare the products with the competitors, what I meant was that they really said out the competitors' names.
Yesterday was the 2nd tornado warning that I had. What made it worst was that we were outside, on the way back to school from the Health Center. What made it even worst was that we were forced to move from the bus that we took from the center to another bus. It was raining so hard!! Even though we just walked a few steps from the first bus from the other bus, we were wet and by the time we were sitting down in the bus, I was shivering so hard from the cold. bbrrrrrrrrr! in the end, we didnt go to the quail springs mall as there was another tornado coming and the school didnt want take the risk to send us to the mall :( but think to it.. it was good as i didnt need to spend money at the mall ;)
Ok Ok Ok... I think I should stop now... I had typed so much yah :P:P just wait for another update yah kekekke... take care!!

2nd week in Oklahoma City
Hey thereeee!!
It's the 2nd week in Oklahoma City. I am taking the class of management of personal lifestyle for this week and something to look forward to this saturday is the graduation ceremony!! The personal lifestyle class so far so good... the professor is so fit!! and she is trying to make the class more interesting, which is good! :)
Anyway.. throughout this trip in US, I have learnt a lot of things, not just those things in the campus, but also about how to stay with others who are different than me. It's a good experience.. Makes me think what will happen if I stay together with my future husband next time :P I guess I have to bear with all the things that I dont really like...
US is a different country that Asian... Even the birds that I can find here are different than those I can find in Singapore or Indonesia. I find that the birds here are so beautiful... I can just watch them fly so freely.. Another scenery that I also like is the view at Mt Wichita and from the top of Mt Scott. It was so breathtaking there and it seems that I could just spend a lot of time there to sit down, enjoy the wind and enjoy the view. It's something different from the view in Singapore. Then, I got to see the bison and prairie dogs at the Wichita Wildlife Reserve Park. The prairie dogs are so cute..you just want to bring one of them home :P

Ok Ok.. I shall end here first... ciao!!
